Our standard production MOQs typically start around 500 units/pairs depending on the material specifications. However, to support new brand rollouts, product testing, and initial trial lines, we offer flexible MOQs starting as low as 100 units for select custom orders. Can you manufacture gear that complies with specific regional standards like ANSI, CE, or EN?
Yes. We manufacture products to strictly comply with global regulatory frameworks, including ANSI/ISEA for the US and CE/EN388/EN ISO 20471 for Europe. We also coordinate independent lab testing to guarantee full field compliance for your brand.
Do you provide product samples before we commit to a mass production order?
Yes. Physical evaluation is critical. Once your technical specifications, materials, and designs are finalized, we produce physical counter-samples for your team’s review and testing. Mass production mostly begins after you formally sign off on the final “Golden Sample.“
