UNCOMPROMISING STANDARDS

QUALITY CONTROL & AQL 2.5 COMPLIANCE

In industrial safety, a failed stitch is a liability. Apex Safety operates an independent, in-house Quality Assurance division that enforces rigorous statistical auditing across every inch of your production run, ensuring zero tolerance for structural or visual defects.

AQL 2.5

STATISTICAL QUALITY ASSURANCE

THE INTERNATIONAL BENCHMARK FOR EXCELLENCE

We do not rely on random guessing. Apex Safety strictly adheres to the internationally recognized Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) 2.5 / 4.0 standard for all apparel and gear manufacturing.

Major Defects (AQL 2.5)

Strict limits on any defect that could compromise the safety, structural integrity, or usability of the garment (e.g., open seams, incorrect sizing).

Minor Defects (AQL 4.0)

Tight controls on aesthetic variances that do not affect the garment's function but impact brand presentation (e.g., loose threads, slight color variances).

COMPREHENSIVE END-TO-END INSPECTION

Pre-Production (Raw Material QC)

Quality starts before the first cut. We audit 100% of incoming raw materials, checking leather hides for grain consistency, testing fabric GSM, verifying color matching, and testing zippers and hardware for durability.

In-Line Inspection (Assembly QC)

Our roaming QC inspectors patrol the production lines daily. They verify Stitches Per Inch (SPI), seam alignment, pattern accuracy, and branding application while the garments are actively being assembled to prevent bottlenecking.

Final Audit (Pre-Shipment QC)

The final barrier before export. A dedicated team conducts a rigorous visual and structural audit of the finished, packed garments, ensuring exact sizing, accurate barcode stickering, and flawless retail presentation.

BEYOND THE VISUAL INSPECTION

ADVANCED DEFECT MITIGATION

Every single garment passes through highly calibrated electromagnetic needle detector machines before being packed in polybags, guaranteeing no broken needles or foreign metallic shards are left in the gear.

We maintain total transparency. We welcome and frequently work alongside internationally accredited third-party inspection agencies (such as SGS, Intertek, and Bureau Veritas) dispatched by our clients for independent pre-shipment sign-offs.
