01. HAZARD ANALYSIS & SPECIFICATION

We do not recommend off-the-shelf fabrics for unique problems. Our R&D team analyzes your specific workplace hazards—from chemical exposure to extreme kinetic impact—to determine the exact tensile, thermal, and abrasive requirements needed.

02. CUSTOM MILLING & TEXTILE BLENDING

By controlling the supply chain at the thread level, we custom-mill proprietary blends. You dictate the exact GSM, cut-resistant yarn core (e.g., Kevlar®, HPPE), or inherent Flame Retardant (FR) properties required for your target safety ratings.

03. IN-HOUSE DESTRUCTIVE TESTING

Before your golden sample leaves our facility, its materials undergo rigorous, destructive in-house testing to ensure guaranteed compliance with CE, ANSI/ISEA, and EN standards.

OUR TECHNICAL TEXTILE CAPABILITIES

Integration of HPPE, Aramid fibers, and ultra-fine steel-core yarns. Engineered to achieve advanced ANSI A4-A9 and EN388 Cut Level E/F ratings while maintaining high tactile dexterity.

Development of inherent FR fabrics, Modacrylic blends, and heavy-weight treated cottons designed to self-extinguish and resist arc flashes or molten spatter.

Custom formulation of Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) exoskeletons, vibration-absorbing EVA, and D3O-equivalent foams for heavy-duty joint protection.

Multi-layer lamination featuring breathable, highly waterproof PU-coated oxfords (300D/600D), seamless seam-taping, and ISO-compliant retroreflective tapes.
